Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because all of our orders are custom made the short answer is, no.

Our commitment is to deliver on what you ordered. We give our full attention to every order, and If for any reason you are un-happy with the final product, or if something has gone awry during shipping, we will make it right.

REFUNDS: Materials are ordered on an Order-to-Order basis so refunds are very difficult for us. However, we are humans over here making stuff for other humans and we understand life changes sometimes. If after purchasing from us you are in need of a refund (BEFORE receiving your furniture) because of life circumstances, please reach out and we will do our best to work it out with you.

**Please note that transaction fees are never returnable to us as a company, or you the customer. Credit card processing fees (usually 3.4% of the transaction) are kept by the big guys. We don’t like it either.

How do I clean my furniture?

Our furniture is finished with Osmo Polyx Oil, which is water proof and resistant to stains from food and drink. We recommend cleaning with a soft damp rag. Use soap only if necessary and stay away from acidic cleaner like Simple Green, Clorox, or other kitchen cleaners. We don’t recommend oil soaps either as most are made with vegetable oil that will dull your furniture. If your furniture needs some refreshing after years of heavy use, use OSMO wash and care.

How do I care for a scratch?

If your furniture becomes scratched, refer to the included sample of OSMO wood wax to complete a spot repair. If the scratch is deep, you can lightly sand it out using 180-220 grit sand paper, and apply OSMO to the affected area.

Do you provide instructions?

Yes! Our beds and tables come with detailed instructions and they are quite easy to follow!

Where do you source wood?

We source all of our wood materials from local hardwood vendors, Crosscut, in SODO Seattle, and Edensaw in Port Angeles, WA.
